Understanding the world through Geography and Environmental Science

The Department of Geography & Environment at Mohammadpur Kendriya College is dedicated to cultivating knowledge on the physical and human processes shaping our planet. Established with the aim of building a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of geography and environmental studies, the department offers Honours and Master’s level programs under the National University. Our students gain hands-on experience through fieldwork, GIS training, and environmental analysis. With a strong focus on sustainability and global awareness, the department prepares students for careers in research, urban planning, disaster management, environmental consultancy, and education. Our faculty is committed to delivering quality education using modern teaching tools and methodologies.
